Our training sessions are suitable for all levels and abilities, whether you are completely new to triathlon or looking to build on your current skills and fitness. The sessions vary according to the season, with the timetable usually switching between summer and winter.


MONDAY

10:00-11:00 – Pilates

19:45-20:45 – Swimming : Pool Session
Gresham’s School, Holt (Members £5)


TUESDAY

18:30 – Running : North Norfolk Beach Runners
Cromer Lawn Tennis and Squash Club, Cromer (£ free)

19:30 – Winter Spinning : North Norfolk Wheelers
The Reef Leisure Centre, Sheringham (£48 for 12 sessions)


WEDNESDAY

Recovery day!


THURSDAY

18:30 – Running : North Norfolk Beach Runners

FRIDAY

SATURDAY

09:00 – Running : Parkrun
Members can be found running at the Blickling, Holkham and Sheringham Parkruns in North Norfolk (£ free)
