Running

Our run training is done in conjunction with the North Norfolk Beach Runners. This collaboration prevents the need for each club to duplicate training sessions, and for members having to join both clubs when wanting to improve their skills in both running and the other triathlon disciplines. NNBR members wishing to improve their Triathlon skills have access to all TriHarman-Norfolk group coaching sessions. Similarly TriHarman-Norfolk members will have access to NNBR group training sessions to help improve their running.

Note that this collaboration only relates to group coaching sessions. Should you wish individual support, or to be involved in other club activities such as racing, you will need to be a member of the respective club.

North Norfolk Beach Runners are affiliated to the Association of Running Clubs and England Athletics. They usually meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm at the Cromer Lawn Tennis and Squash Club.

Parkruns

Parkruns are a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. These are free, weekly, community events all around the world.

Although not a club event, members can usually be found running the 5K courses at Blickling, Holkham and Sheringham on a Saturday morning.
