TriHarman-Norfolk Training Sessions

TriHarman-Norfolk are currently developing their club training sessions but currently you can join us for the following sessions.

Swimming – 
Mark and Teresa coach local triathletes at our Monday night pool swim session.  This takes place 7.45 – 8.45pm each Monday at Splash Leisure Centre, Sheringham.  We have six lanes of differing abilities so there will be a suitable group for you.

This is a coaching session so we have a minimum requirement you be able to swim continuously for 200m.

The session costs just £5 for members.

We have a Junior swim session at Woodlands Leisure pool each Sunday 6pm to 7pm for our under 18yrs triathletes.

Open Water swimming will be available from May 2018.

Cycling

Running
Our run training is done in conjunction with the North Norfolk Beach Runners, our members are welcome to join their group sessions.  See the NNBR web site for details.

Pilates
Teresa delivers a 1 hour Pilates class aimed at improving flexibility and core strength.  This takes place at East Runton Village Hall, each Thursday 7 – 8pm.  This has a charge of £5 per session.

Other sessions
Check the website ‘Latest News’ on a regular basis as we have additional sessions, mostly at no cost, such as our mini duathlon and triathlon simulation sessions. These are structured to suit all abilities.
